This orientation introduces recovery residence owners and operators to the Certemy certification process used by NHPRR. You’ll learn how to access Certemy, navigate your dashboard, understand certification step statuses, upload documents, respond to feedback, and locate your certificate once your application is approved.

Objectives

• Explain why NHPRR certification matters for New Hampshire recovery residences.
• Log in to Certemy as a new or returning user.
• Navigate the Certemy dashboard and identify required certification steps.
• Upload required documents and submit forms.
• Recognize common step statuses, including not started, completed, approved, and rejected.
• Respond to reviewer feedback and resubmit corrected items.
• Locate and download the certification certificate from the Digital Wallet after approval.
