Your Voice Matters

NHPRR’s Commitment to Safe, Certified Recovery Homes

The New Hampshire Partnership for Recovery Residences (NHPRR) certifies recovery homes in New Hampshire to ensure they meet the highest standards for safety, care, and ethical practices.

Whether you are a resident; a family member or staff member at a recovery residence, treatment center, or recovery community organization; or a neighbor of a certified recovery residence—your voice is important to NHPRR. We take all concerns seriously, and each one is investigated fairly to find the best outcome for everyone.

You can share your concerns with us using your contact information or anonymously. Even if you choose to remain anonymous, you can still communicate with the investigation team to provide additional information if requested and receive updates on the status of your complaint.

Please note that when reporting an issue, it is helpful to provide as many details as possible.

NHPRR is committed to being open and accountable. We believe it is important for residents, their families, staff, and the community to have a safe and effective way to voice their concerns.

About Case IQ

NHPRR uses a system called Case IQ to manage investigations. Case IQ guides our team in following standard practices, ensuring that every concern is addressed thoroughly and correctly and recorded.

The Case IQ system keeps identities safe and secure, so concerns can stay anonymous, but NHPRR will still give updates. We are dedicated to wellness and recovery, and we will not put a resident’s housing at risk during the complaint investigation and resolution process.
